By accessing or using Replyo ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Replyo provides an AI-powered customer support platform that integrates with e-commerce platforms like Shopify. The Service includes:
- AI-powered automated customer support responses
- Integration with Shopify stores
- Customer inquiry management dashboard
- Analytics and reporting tools
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit harmful or malicious content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service

5. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
- Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Replyo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate customer support responses. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated responses may not always be accurate
- You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI responses when necessary
- We are not liable for any damages resulting from AI-generated content
- You should configure appropriate escalation rules for complex inquiries
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Replyo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
10. Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service's reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
